Refund Policy – The Juice Lab

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh, cold-pressed juices, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared, fulfilled, or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order (such as damage, leakage, or receiving the wrong items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details. We will review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

All juices must be stored properly upon delivery (refrigerated or frozen as instructed). We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
